Duality and Dialogue: Visions Through Deep Meditation

This month, I want to share more about Lightspeed Archives, my weekly blog series. These entries are visions I’ve experienced during deep meditation—a fascinating practice that’s become a cornerstone of my life.

I’ve been practicing deep meditation for over half a decade, following the teachings of Yogani and his Advanced Yoga Practices (AYP). Yogani is a phenomenal author, yogi, and meditation teacher whose work has had a profound impact on my journey. If you’ve ever considered exploring deep meditation, I highly recommend his books, such as Deep Meditation: Pathway to Personal Freedom or Advanced Yoga Practices: Easy Lessons for Ecstatic Living (AYP Easy Lessons Series).

Although my mantra has evolved into something more personal, this practice has improved my quality of life in countless ways. While the visions I experience during meditation are captivating and fun to reflect on, they’re just signposts on a much greater journey—one that is vast, personal, and transformative.

A Glimpse into Lightspeed Archives

Through deep meditation, I’ve experienced moments of bliss, love, wisdom, and signs of things to come. These visions are what I’ve documented in Lightspeed Archives, and they’re the inspiration behind the protagonist of my upcoming book series.

The series will follow Malachi Monroe, a psychic detective who navigates the metaphysical realms while fighting the undead and other supernatural threats. His abilities stem from these same territories of the mind, creating a fascinating connection between my meditative visions and the paranormal adventures in my stories.
